Lindsay Johnson is a Somatic Healer and 500hr E-RYT Yoga Teacher specializing in trauma-informed embodiment, nervous system regulation, and integrative healing. With over 20 years of experience in yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices, she blends these modalities to help students come home to their bodies, reclaim their authentic power, and move with ease.
Trained with leaders like Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, and Peter Levine, Lindsay bridges modern somatic science with ancient wisdom, creating a grounded, compassionate, and transformative approach. Her work emphasizes body-based awareness, choice, and self-regulation, guiding students to release stored emotions, heal old wounds, and rediscover freedom in movement.
